Returns

Returns are accepted only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the package and product.

Refunds & Replacements

Once we review and approve your request, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation and product availability. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to the payment provider's processing time.

Non-Returnable Products

Customised, personalised, handmade, or made-to-order products are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be made before the order is processed or dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to a mistake on our part or a damaged/defective product, Crafted Canvaas will cover the applicable return shipping cost.
